Partnerships:

    • Core Service Partners: Impact-driven service providers that operate within the Collective framework (see last page) and are

directly accountable for delivering measurable outcomes along the Pathway to Restoration. These partners coordinate care,

share data, and align services to move individuals and families toward long-term stability.

    • Community Programs: Organizations that contribute meaningful services, resources, or programming that enhance the

Collective’s impact, but do not receive Collective funding or participate in formal outcome tracking. These partners expand

access and strengthen the broader ecosystem of support.

    • Funders: Local, regional, and national funding partners who invest in the Impact Fund. These stakeholders enable the

Collective’s work through financial support and often serve as strategic partners in scaling, sustainability, and long-term

      impact.

    • Churches: Trusted community anchors that provide relational support, volunteer engagement, spiritual care, and space for

connection. Churches play a critical role in building trust, fostering belonging, and extending the reach of the Collective into

      the community.

    • Businesses: Private sector partners that contribute to economic mobility and sustainability by offering employment

opportunities, workforce development pathways, sponsorships, and in-kind support. Businesses help connect individuals to

long-term independence through meaningful work and community integration.

    • Municipalities: Public sector partners that provide leadership, policy alignment, and investment to support system-level

change. Municipalities play a key role in coordinating resources, reducing system inefficiencies, and ensuring that public

dollars are used effectively to achieve measurable outcomes.

    • Residents: Individuals and families served by and engaged in the Collective, as well as community members who contribute

lived experience, feedback, and participation. Residents are essential to shaping responsive solutions and ensuring the work

remains grounded in real community needs.
