Community Summit
July 9th
Decatur, Ga
Hosted by Frontline Response, Peace Baptist Church, and Commissioner Robert Patrick, this first of four community summits is designed as a Listening Summit—an opportunity to bring together residents, faith leaders, nonprofit organizations, businesses, government agencies, service providers, and individuals with lived experience to help shape the future of housing stability in our community.
Rather than presenting a finished plan, the Summit introduces the vision behind the Beyond Us Collective and asks one simple question:
What is our community missing, and how do we build it together?

Community Summit
September 17th
Decatur, GA
This session will focus on service integration and strategic partnerships. Together, we'll explore what services are working, where gaps still exist, and how we can strengthen the continuum of care for individuals and families experiencing housing instability.
Come prepared to share your ideas as we consider what is needed to move beyond collaboration toward a truly integrated model of care. Through guided discussion, we'll identify opportunities to better connect housing, healthcare, behavioral health, workforce development, education, transportation, and other wraparound supports to create personalized pathways to lasting restoration.
This session will focus on our neighbors in need, lived experiences, and the pathways that create restoration instead of entanglements.
We’ll hear directly from individuals with lived experience about the roadblocks that can make it difficult to step out of the cycle of housing insecurity—and from community partners, including law enforcement, who are working to create better pathways that connect people to services and support before unnecessary legal entanglements occur.
This session will focus on our neighborhood - the Covington Highway Corridor and the impact to residents and businesses in the surrounding area.
We’ll hear directly from individuals with lived experience about the roadblocks that make it difficult to move beyond housing insecurity—and what having housing, services, opportunity, and support connected through one integrated campus could mean for their journey toward lasting stability.
For the first time, we will also share an early look at plans for the Beyond Us campus. As the vision moves closer to development, we recognize that a project of this scale will have an impact beyond the people it serves. Residents, businesses, faith communities, and others in the immediate vicinity of the campus will experience its development, construction, and long-term presence in their neighborhood.
